Hi dear readers, its been very busy day since hari raya and school reopening, here is my snap shot with very low quality picture just to release tension.
Last week, I attended a Wealth-Mentors Seminar at Rizqun Hotel which was very convincing for me to take part for a four day short course in December 2008. The course will be conducted at Sheraton Hotel Subang in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This course costs in Brunei figure of $ 5998.00 and reduces to $ 5498.00 per head. The fee is not including airfare, hotel and transport. Well, this will probably cost me another additional of B$ 1000.00 for my own administrations. Wow, it is hard for me but i have to sacrifies to reach my need in business.
For your information about this course is to know about option trades on how to gain money from it without losing all your capital with only a 40 minutes trades everyday.
Has anyone out there been through this course? If there is, how was it?

It seems the fish will swim away when the flood season comes.

Recently I met a friend who I long to meet who is a successor with his career of having an amount to be a millionaire. Actually he is a very warm welcoming personality who makes lots of friends no matter business men or common people. He has lots of blooming ideas in term of businesses. No wonder he has most important people around him even doctors.
Well, in our meeting only 2 of us last Thursday morning at a restaurant in Kg Bunut Jln Tutong. We chatted mostly in business term with everyone's handled and less in nostalgia memories. I really am happy to see him success. I told him that I'm a good listener and I want him to be my secret advisor.
A few topics came up to our chat such as:

• I want to be rich but will never get rich. You might know what I meant here.
• I want to be the best of me but a good heart of mine still lets me surrender to the floor.
• I'm seeking for happiness but still working heaviness which might drives me to the craziness.
• To get more money is only to spend not to save. What to do?
• He says, "Do not fall in love with your business, fall in love with your money."
• Then, "Do not work for money, lets your money works for you."
• So, "If we want to get something better, we must sacrifice what we have."
• Well, "Do not upset when your customer angry at you as long as you get paid by him."
• Remember . . . think logic and positive to a better reasonable and suitable matter.

Now, I still cannot figure out what track shall I choose to get better. For now, a few ideas to gain more income is to add satay stall just in front of the premises. This might be slow, at least we try.

Back To Business

• We are now reopened for normal daily business as usual after 6 days holiday for Hari Raya Aidil Fitri celebration. We are pleased to see you again to be our regular customers. We like to hear you say or comments on what has to be improved to serve you better. Please do understand our standard of business if we cannot improve drastically.

• During holiday, the freezers & Chiller were not on just because of low credit electrical meter. I forgot to buy credit at all so it was my fault if most of the foods were rotten. Anyhow it 's my fear to respond.

• Well, we have lost almost everything from the big chiller. My rescue method was throw & renew. Now the cost is almost B$ 200.00 (USD 120.00). And after 5 days from reopening, the fan motor from the freezer has to be renewed. For the motor costs us B$ 50.00 . Wow! what a great kicker. . .

• Alhamdulillah, for the 1st day of reopening, this cafe has received a lot of customers. Most of them awaited for long to dine in. Thanks to you all.

Coming Aidil Fitri

To all Muslims, Happy Celebrating Aidil Fitri. To those who know me, I'm seeking for forgiveness from you all.
On a week to Aidil Fitri, my cafe has made the promotion to all the customers with the lowest price ever in break fasting buffet in town. The price per head was $3.80 with daily different menu basis. The basic type of menu:

Nasi Putih
Nasi Goreng / Mee Goreng (keowteow/kuning/Halus)
Daging / Ayam (Black pepper/Merah/Prune/Kari/Kicap/Goreng)
Ikan / Telor / Sotong / Udang
Sawi / Taugeh ikan masin / Labu / Kacang Panjang / Kubis / Kailan

Tom Yam /Sup (Telor/Ayam/Ketam/Sayur)

Luckily, we provided ready made pastes to most menus. The pastes were prepared by my Lovely Wife. The actual idea was mine then we both prepared together at home.

Almost to the end of Ramadhan, there were few gatherings in the cafe which no seat available at all. Pity customers . . . I could not do anything to serve them. Sorry . . . ! There were not my functions.

To all my valuable customers, I am very sorry to any inconvenient caused. Hope to see you all again in the future. May God Bless Us All . . . Amin . . .

Delicious

Today's break fasting special dish among all is "Chicken Tom Yam Soup" which is cooked by my lovely wife. The taste of this dish is very much similar to original recipe from its main country.
The latest dish which was nothing left behind by customers is "Daging Masak Kicap Pa'deh" (Beef with Pa'deh soy sauce). It was also cooked by my wife. Nevertheless, this food was very delicious.
To those who never tested this dish, please request in advance. emm . . . so . . .

Obstacle to success

To achieve success is most likely to win. But success is not winning. To success does not need to race but to win needs to race with competitor or judge. Success is satisfaction.
Well, I need to be both but I am not success yet because I'm not satisfied. For me, I will never success because there are still not enough valuable subjective. I declare myself that I'm winning but till now never been won and I don't want to be a winner.
So my obstacle to success is lack of satisfaction. Whenever or whatsoever, my winning is still the key to step forward and yet still not to win till then.
My secret of my winning is "Trust" If someone trusts you with no condition that means you are winning otherwise you'll be a loser when trust breaks.
My success is "business" Whatever business I'm running for now is not productive to extra income. So that means my valuable subjective is income and satisfaction is productive.
So now, I'm counting on making business with moral support from clients, friends and family. It's all I need . . .
